Developed in the 1960s by Ulrich P. Wieser, this extendable table stands out thanks to its simple and unobtrusive – yet extremely sturdy – construction. Even when fully extended, the table meets every need: the legs are where they don’t get in the way – at the ends.
The pull-out mechanism is easy to operate and, with just a simple movement, the table is turned into a large, festive dinner table. The classic legs allow combining different types of chair. The tabletop is available in a selection of well-seasoned woods, which are carefully processed and finished with oil, soap or varnish. The table is available in two base sizes, each of which can be extended with two leaves: Model A from 146 to 278cm; Model B from 212 to 344cm.
The UPW extendable table is a sturdy and long-lasting piece of furniture that delights, thanks to its superior workmanship and usefulness.
