Max Bill designs the Cross Frame Chair

Max Bill designs the iconic Ulm Stool for the students of the Ulm School of Design in Ulm, Germany, in collaboration with Hans Gugelot
1958
wb form acquires the license to sell Knoll International's office furniture in Switzerland and establishes a wholsesale department for this purpose named 'engros'
1961/62
Ulrich P. Wieser designs the UPW Shelving System
1964
Ulrich P. Wieser becomes head of the wb engros division
Max Bill designs the Bill-Barstool for the 'Bar du Theatre' at the 1964 Exposition in Lausanne, Switzerland
